For over 25 years, Henderson Stamping has been producing medium to high volume quantities of decorative and non-decorative stampings for some of America’s most dependable and well-known brands.

Jimmy and Betty Porter incorporated Henderson Stamping in 1981 with a business plan to provide medium and high volume stampings to industry. Jimmy’s unsurpassed understanding of tooling was cultivated during his 25 years of experience managing both small and large shops. The company started in a 4,000 square foot building that included several presses under 200 tons and a significant assembly operation in Henderson, Tennessee. Today our facility has grown to 75,000 square feet and has transformed into an international stamping supplier operation with an infrastructure that accommodates medium to high volume stampings for various industries.

In the early nineties, DeVilbiss Air Power Company and Maytag became key customers. In 1998, Henderson Stamping received its ISO 9001 certification. In 2001, Whirlpool became a customer and, in 2004 Henderson Stamping was placed on Maytag’s and Whirlpool’s Preferred Supplier List.

Over the years Henderson Stamping has continued to grow its technologies by procuring and maintaining state-of-the-art computer systems, computerized machining equipment, computerized measuring equipment, and robotics. We also continue to stay abreast of current trends by implementing lean manufacturing and six sigma techniques.
